Last year, both of my survivor 69 Chevelles had the rubber hoses fail internally and I had the same problem as you with low fluid flow/ pressure. I replaced both the front and rear rubber hoses and problem solved.

Thanks for thinking of me. It is good as of now. A ZL1 cam and power brakes.......... I just gotta live with it a little.
