Default Help ID'ing an old soldier

Any current or former Kansas Krew members who may have frequented the old tracks at Topeka, Manhattan or Lawrence, recognize this thing? Straight axle 61 Falcon, very VERY crudely built. Not sure when it was built, but we have some history back to the late 60's when it ran with a tunnel rammed, solid lifter SBF/Toploader combo. It was bought out of Topeka sometime around 1970 and deposited in a building in a small town in northeast Kansas. It sat there a few years until the building flooded, at which point the previous owner pulled the motor and trans and dumped the body in the field from which my buddy just rescued it.

Apologies for the pic quality, but best I could do in a hurry. The car appears to have been white with red lettering at one time, but we haven't spent any time trying to decipher it yet. Just thought I'd toss it up here on the off chance somebody might recognize it.
