Ed, here is I what I have had or observed over the years for the months your speaking of:

Feb. 27th, 28th
No March wheels, that I have seen
April 21st
May 19th, 20th, 21st

Does anybody out there have a 02D car with original YH wheels, let me know the date of there wheels as I would like to be as correct as possible for my resto.
