I was fortunate to find this '69 Chevelle in 1985 and before the privacy restrictions, was able to get a complete title history on it. After contacting previous owners I found this car had seen action on area tracks and was well known to local racers.
From the factory it came with Tinted Glass, Bucket Seats, Console, Sport Striping, Positraction, 4.10 Ratio, 375hp Engine, Close Ratio 4 Speed, Chambered Exhaust, Special Instrumentation, SS396 Equipment and Garnet Red Paint. The dealer installed an AM radio.
The original JD coded engine is still with it and I have tried to keep everything on the car factory correct except for the Cragar SS wheels and Hurst shifter. The 4.10 gears are great for in-town driving.
One of the owners later came up with original documents and pictures that were given to me. I've heard many racing stories over the years, but will let the pictures tell the story here.
