Meant to mention an additional item. A couple months ago I hosted a Certification Camaro-fest at my house. It was actually a lot of fun. During one of the days, I came out of the house and Jerry M. was over at the other garage taking a bunch of photos of the El Camino, especially the engine compartment details.
I went over and asked him what he thought, and he told me that I did a superb job on it and was lucky to find so many correct pieces. I told him most of the stuff was born-with original, and he was even more impressed. Just wanted to share this tidbit to let you know the opinion of someone in the trade who knows what to look for.
