That modern day bar code and the latest model year application is what I would go by.Meaning if 1980 was the highest year application shown,that was when it was sold brand new,as they didn't list the next model year cause it hadn't happened yet.
Looks to be circa 1978 or 79.Can't make out the numbering too clearly from here.
