I believe MQ is an L78 with a manual transmission for 1967 and 1968 in a Camaro and 1968 in a Nova. Then in 1969 MQ was an L72 with a manual transmission in a Chevelle. EG was an L78 with a manual transmission for 1966 - 1968 in a Chevelle. Since this post is about a 1969 Chevelle MQ would be correct.
