The man who holds the records for the Novas is Vince Emee. The last time he and I spoke he told me that he will only provide a verbal verification of the documentation he has. He is no longer providing copies of his records. According to the info he provided in the past regarding this Nova he has confirmation of the 427 conversion as well as the original Yenko network selling dealer.
Of all the Yenko Novas found to date, there exists only one with a Yenko Invoice showing the 427 conversion.
