I think you have it right on the money and reading all these posts seem to enforce the idea of leaving the car alone and playing with something else.. I think I will remove the carpet and wash it,also replace the underlay, but box the original(it really does smell)The car does have some small damage on the Rt lower quarter panel.Question can I repair that area? will that hurt the car? or leave that alone also..Thanks for all the options.
