Tell this guy that he will refund your entire amount or you will have Paypal reverse the charges. His mistake, so he should eat the freight back.
I had an unhappy buyer and I refunded his money and shipping, I also sent a "call tag" from UPS to pick up the package. Sometimes doing the right thing cost the seller a dollar.
