It's extremely rare,only talked about & hardly seen.Plus this one is in very good shape & double sided,all that makes it highly desirable by those who collect them.
The few examples out there,have sold swiftly & quietly among collectors and not in public circles.Taking them out of reach for the ones who also want to own one.
I know of one bidder,who is prematurely digging into his retirement fund,in hopes of owning it.Says he's always wished he had the opportunity to obtain one,and he's not getting any younger.
Signs like this,hardly ever come up on eBay.

...it just hit $25,100 and has 7 more days left...wow.
