As I recall, "Mr. Gasket sold the ones without the "J" bolt holes. Lakewood's had 'em. YTou can simply drill the extra holes otherwise your U-bolts are taking the added torque from the sring-wrap-up when you launch the car-not a good thing! </div></div>
Not all the Lakewoods had the option for the j-Bolts-only the competition bars did. They came in 2 different versions competition and street.
