Or when you respond...choose the second "box" from the left ABOVE the text box that you are typing in (if you hover over it it will say "create a link to a webpage"

a box will open and say 'Enter the complete URL for the link you wish to add.'

Copy and paste your webpage link and hit OK

It will then say 'Now enter the title of the webpage you are linking to.'

Type whatever you want to in this box and hit okay.
