I would never use UPS to ship anything. I sold a BE 12 bolt last fall and the buyer arranged for UPS freight to pick it up. It was to ship freight collect to the freight terminal in the buyer's area. It was properly labeled, correct bill of lading, Pro # stickers on the skid, etc. They LOST the skid for about 5 weeks! The buyer finally received a call from the UPS truck driver trying to deliver to the PO box of the buyer's business address! UPS had lost the original bill of lading that we printed, made their own bill of lading with the shipper as prepaid and an incorrect destination address. I'm still getting bills from UPS, they don't have a clue.
USPS or FedEx only...
