I have 3 of these that were found with a bunch of spare NOS parts that I had in storage for a 1969 Z/28 that I no longer own. These are original GM parts with the GM part number of 3975986 still on them that have been sitting for years and have never been installed. This flange mounts on the cowl induction air cleaner and the seal attaches to it that seals to the bottom of the hood. I bought these for spares for a 1969 Z/28 Camaro but I understand it is also used on the 1970 Chevelle when equiped with cowl induction hood. $99.00 each Please e-mail me at
