I would like to know if this license plate is NOS or a repro? This plate was being sold on ebay a few years ago as NOS but I was told by Joe Barr that it is a repro, he told me he talked to the gentleman from Carlisle, PA who had these plates made. I know two members here who bought this plate as NOS, Charley has one on his ZL1 and another member told me he bought two from the same gentleman, one being NOS and the other one being used and in fair cond., that is why he thought they were NOS. any opinions would be appreciated.
