Keep in mind with Mopars, if you didn't order it with an option, they didn't build it with the option. The tachometer was definitely an extra cost item, so was the radio and most likely the heater, too. So they are not deleted items. It's kinda like saying a 6 cyl Satellite has a hemi delete option.
