Lucas makes good products, but I don't know if it contains zinc (ZDDP). If your engine has a flat tappet cam, then I would use Rotella-T or Delo 400 15W-40 diesel oil. These are inexpensive and have 1200 ppm zinc which is required for flat tappet cams.
