I think this is another photo of the Norwood 6B Marina Blue 67 Z28 pictured on Jerry MacNeish's website:



The restoration photos on www.67z28.net are of my Deepwater Blue car 67 Z28, also a Norwood 6B car. Here are some before and after photos of the cowl area. Although the car had been repainted when I stripped her down, I think I was still able to determine how the factory had painted the area:
