NOS 69 RS Parking Lens

I have one only NOS 5961469 1969 RS Parking lens with the stainless bezel. This is in the old yellow box, and it is painted silver from the factory, unlike the parts in the blue Delco Guide boxes...

I did a title search in 90s and know where it sold from. Also heard all vins are not available with the NCRS database. The ones that know these things say there are unknown vins out there.
