Normal plates went on all the lease cars, pool cars, etc. Having a normal plate meant that it wasn't assigned to a department for development, etc. And met crash...

I can only comment on how it was done in Camaro-land. L89 is a heads-only add-on to L78. 68 price includes L78 & L89. In 69, the RPO's were listed separately.

I would *NEVER* do that. Never use copper on oil or fuel lines. I almost burned a test car to the ground when the copper oil pressure line broke, dumping oil onto the exhaust manifolds. Lucky....
