AutoGear sells the good oil impregnated pilot bushings. I bought a piece of oil impregnated bronze and make my own. I've had to make some non standard sizes.

I found mine. I thought it was the same as yours, but it's a POP Rivet brand. It looks a lot like yours. Here it the wrench that came with it.
