Exactly. On my 65 fuel injected car, it does not have a PCV valve. BUT......there is an elbow what has a .090 hole to draw a vacuum in order to ventilate the crankcase.

Now that I'm back from Iowa, I can get back on the 62. I cleaned up all of the old grease in the shifter, lubed it up, mocked and adjusted it on the trans. Just got back from a 15 mile test...

Do you have the 70 Chassis Service Manual? It has the frame datum in there. Regardless, you will need a perfectly level surface (preferably a surface plate or a frame machine)
