The column was clearly removed and the auto unit was dumped back in. Like i mentioned earlier this car was parked on an indian reservation. Probably not much value to that owner at the time.

Seems like just about every car I restore someone has butchered the speaker holes. Pretty easy fix. Always nice using original metal as it fits into place with no massaging or mismatching of holes...
