Mark, head on over to http://www.camaros.org and download a FREE copy of the 1st gen Camaro decoder program. It is far easier than looking up the codes when you need them.

I used the Keisler TK500 kit in my 67 plain Jane coupe behind a GM 350HO crate motor and absolutely love it. I didn't have to cut up the console and from inside the cockpit you'd think I was running...
