I am pleased to announce that this year at York, Fred Gibb/ Gibb Chevrolet/ and the family will be inducted into the Legon of Honor. I would like to extend an invitation to all Gibb owned cars/Howie, Cumby, Barnhart, Tommy K, Rick Thayer and any others to be part of this once in a lifetime event. It would make Helen and Nancy very happy to have as many Gibb cars in attendance as possible. Lets do this proud!..Contact me ASAP to reserve your spot. The more Gibb cars the better. I can't understand why I have never been to the York show and I live so close. Please give a newbie some details! I would really like to see this show. I have seen numerous posts on it, but have never been to see it. Is it at the York Fairgrounds? Thanks.

Last year Don Yenko, this year Fred Gibb being inducted into the York US30 Legion of Honor really makes a statement about how important these two gentlemen were in the development and promotion of Chevrolet powered musclecars. Truly both were visionaries. To have the power, and no doubt persistence, to convince Chevrolet to develop such cars, and to be willing to sacrifice everything in the belief that these “special” cars would sell is mind-boggling.
