dust shield ?
 

would like opinions on where the id sticker goes on the back of them.
top, bottom or somewhere in between.

Assuming you are talking the disc brake dust shield the most common place I find them is on the top (12:00) position in the flat area just after the rib. I also sometimes see them in the 9 or 3:00 position (depending on side).

when I bead blasted mine I seen an outline on the top (12:00) of one and thought thats what it was from.
and ive heard they should be on the bottom. so im just trying to confirm so I put them in the right place.
