NOS AC Headlights
 

While digging through a bunch of NOS GM parts I purchased, I came across a case of each of these lights. Anyone have any idea what they are to?
L4421 9427142 back has 8 13V 5 Special service USA 367 (GE)
L4412 0451706 back has 4412 12V C6 Phillips, front has W (like Westinghouse)
