Anyone using alum heads???
I wasn't sure where to post this, but I was cleaning out the shop (a never ending chore) and ran across 3 new GM thick steel washers for under the head bolts on alum heads. They're left-overs from when I had a set of Booth-Arons heads on my engine. Anyway, since they're real GM I just can't bare to throw them out (I'll never use them). So, if someone needs them, PM me with your address and I'll put them in the mail for you.
I know it's no big deal, but I'm probably the only person I know who's anal enough to think they're worth saving. Hope someone can use them... Verne and NO Bob, I'm not giving away any 409 parts. Get a life!!! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif |
Re: Anyone using alum heads???
I am just starting to assemble my L-78 Camaro engine with L-89 Aluminum heads and was missing a couple of washers. If you could send them to me it would be great. I will send you a PM with my address. Thanks!
