1974 Corvette Conv. Fair Price???

Just wanted to run this by you guys. I'm considering trading my racecar for a 1974 Corvette Conv, 454 w/T-400, also has conv hardtop.

The Vin checks out (VIN # 1Z67Z4S408133) and the car is totally rebuilt, but the engine and trans are not original, but are supposedly date correct replacements.

Any thoughts on the value of this vette. I've attached a pic.

Somewhere around $10K. If nothing is original and the paint looks the way it does, I would not really spend much more. My opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. I just learned that the car has a salvage title. That killed the deal on the spot.
