Re: 396 Z10?
I am under the same thought, A picture of his trim tag would help...

Re: 396 Z10?
No, you could get a Z10 with the 396 just like any other SS car. Finding documented Z10 396 cars is not easy but CRG might have a couple.

Learn something new everyday. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif Jeff do you know if any were L78's?

Re: 396 Z10?
I have no idea. I don't see why not. CRG might have better information in their database.

Re: 396 Z10?
I know there is a Z10 in the 1st Gen Camaro Club in Phoenix. I will look at the membership list and send you contact info. Can't remember which engine he had but will let you know.

Re: 396 Z10?
Out of 84 Z10's I know about there are 15 396's, two are definate L34's, 2 are definate L35's, the remaining 11 are not specified, the engine was not original, or was missing. 56 had L48's and the remaining 13 the original engine could not be determined with the info provided.

Re: 396 Z10?
What about the Z10 L78 that Bruce Willis supposedly owned. I had seen it for sale on www.oldcartraderonline.com a couple years ago. They wanted a large amount of money for the car. I have no idea of where it went or if there was any proof that it was owned by him or that it was a legit L78 car. I just remeber seeing it for sale.
