70 Chevelle SS 396 Convertible

Is there is someone near Scottsdale,Arizona. I would appreciate if they could check out a 70 Chevelle Convertible. Any help would be great.

I know a bit about the car, know the resto shop owner, and live in the area. Feel free to contact me off line. Car is reportedly decent w/ good documentation, but in need of a full resto. I was just talking to someone about it today.
