Rob,
I have AC R44 plugs in one car and AC 43's in the other. I just pulled them and I would recommend the AC R44...they appear to burn better. The AC R44 car has headers and is 'driven'. The AC 43 car is a 'trailer queen'.

I had 44s on my car before I pulled the motor. Pretty happy with them. I will be using them again. I used my car quite a bit last summer to. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/3gears.gif

Thanks for the info. Just got back from Lee Auto parts in Crystal Lake. They do not list AC R44's. They had R43's and R45's. Where do I find 44's? Thanks

NAPA-Carquest-Auto Zone-Murrays all carry the AC R44 over here.

The 43's in a trailer queen may foul easier...the hotter 44 or 45 would be better in that one...
