Was this L78/L89 car sold new by Harrell with a 496, or was it sold by another dealer and then converted by Harrell ?

Re: Harrell 496 Camaro
Does Delmar have this car? I think I saw it in a super chevy from years ago.

Re: Harrell 496 Camaro
Must be a COPO, look at the hood. I think it was punched out to 496 by DHPC, and sent to Texas where Delmar found it.

I do know where a hood with that same funky scoop is though. Might have to make a side trip on the next trip back to Illinois https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif anyone know how dh attached the scoop https://www.yenko.net/photos/data/500/P8316800.JPG |
Re: Harrell 496 Camaro
If it's the scoop I'm thinking of (cast aluminum), there are tabs cast on the inside. It attaches with metal screws or studs from the underside of the hood.
