"Robert Chevrolet" Emblem

I'm looking for a chrome metal "Robert Chevrolet" dealer emblem or license plate frame. The dealership is located in Hicksville, New York.
Thanks... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif

Is it still there?
They sold 3 deuces.

Hi Marlin,
Yes, "Robert Chevrolet" is still in it's original location on Route 107 in Hicksville and is operated by the same family since they opened. I didn't know that three "Yenko Deuces" were sold new there. This picture is of the rear of the building, near the parts counter. I no longer own the 1970 Monte Carlo. It was sold about two years ago.

Wow, very cool! I didn't know they were still around. Of the three deuces that were sold from there, only one is accounted for (pic is on the vintage section), and is one of the best paperworked deuces surviving! This deuce even came with the original newspaper ad advertising that they had 3 deuces, and a warranty card with the representative's names on it. I'll have to contact the owner to see if he got an emblem with the car.

Nice Monte! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Marlin,
Is this the "Deuce"?
BTW, my Chevelle Super Sport was delivered and sold new there. Nick... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/burnout.gif

Re: "Robert Chevrolet" Emblem

Nope, it's the pic of a fathom blue deuce with atlas wheels. The car was originally green (and is painted green now) but was blue for years. It's a sport mirror car, but Yenko was too cheap to put both mirrors on, so the passenger side is mirrorless! The original paperwork says 'switch wheels and tires', but we believe that was related to the auto being traded in - a '68 Camaro.
