Hurst Shifter Decode Help?

I recently picked up a Hurst OEM-style shifter, stamped with the following numbers.

on the case:
3138
0270922G
shifter handle:
1244
short rod:
S
medium rod:
493450
long rod:
4
5
1 or 7

Anyone know the application?

Thanks in advance! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/worship.gif

Go to www.precisionpontiac.com
Pete lives in my neighborhood, and if it's a Hurst shifter, he knows it and has probably rebuilt one. Excellent resource.

Isn't 3138 usually 68-9 firebird and 69 camaro?
