Need help with new appraisal
 

As my profile shows, I have an undocumented double COPO.
I have had this car almost 10 years, and the last time I had it appraised was 1995. It's incomplete, incorrect, and I drive it to cruise ins every summer. It shows 20,500 miles on the odometer, and it's straight and rust free.
Last year I had the motor and rear end rebuilt and the the engine compartment detailed. The motor is a CE stamped 512 casting with service relacment L88 steel heads. I have posted pictures of the rear end a couple of months ago.
Any ideas of what the value might be? I'm not looking to sell it, but if I were, I would post it here first.
