1969 chevelle Yenko? Copo? SS?
I own a 1969 chevelle. The serial number is :
136379K380740. This car has some odd options and I was wondering if it might be a SS, Yenko, or copo. Here are some of the options: Rally wheels, 4 core radiator, power front disc brakes, A/C, SS hood, 4 speed, factory tach in the dash, battery in the trunk, and a 12 bolt posi rear end. Right now the car has a small block in it. The guy I purchased the car from said it was originally raced with a 427. There is not a single SS badge on it, but because of the odd options I thought it might be something special. I was just going to get your opinion. |
Re: 1969 chevelle Yenko? Copo? SS?
Could you fill in your Profile. I think the factory A/C pretty much rules it out of being a COPO or Yenko.. How about some pics? Does the interior have SS or Malibu trim?

I'll work on getting pictures. It does have Malibu interior trim.

I believe they were all 'B' plants, no 'K's.

I think all the '68 Harrell Chevelles were "K" plant cars. Maybe there are some '69's around.
