A 393 in a Camaro?
 

Some guy I met today says that his dad has a 393 in his First Gen. Camaro. What is up with that?! I didn't know GM made a 393. Could this be true, or is the guy lying. He said it was a very limited production engine. Personally, I think he's full of [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif[/img]

The strange thing is a guy told me the same story once. At first I thought he meant 383, but he said no, 393. I then asked if it was a big block, and he wasn't sure what I meant. I'm guessing he meant 396 too, but I didn't want to argue it any further. Heck, maybe it was the same guy??? [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]
