ON THE LEFT REAR FRAME RAIL WITH A CAR WITH DUAL EXHAST I HAVE TWO Z 28S OCTOBER & NOVMBER CARS WITH NO WELDED RENFORCEMENTS WHEN DID THIS START AT THE FACTORY

I have an (11D) 1968 car with an exhaust bracket. Check Jerry MacNeish's book. I thought they all had them. Sam

I have never seen a documented SS or Z/28 without the exhaust plate, however anything is possible! Are you sure you are looking in the right spot? Just my $0.02
