'64 Studebaker "Super Lark" Convertible
Cool car with the 289 R1 engine and 4-speed transmission. The only thing better would be the Paxton supercharger but I'm assuming that would have been the R2 option...?

R2 and that car would be killer. Ted Harbit did really well with one in the PSMCD.

My guess would be that factory a/c was n/a with the R2 engine....but who knows if this car was originally equipped with a/c or if it was added. Either way, a rare bird for sure.

----I ended up with a 63 Avanti years ago, and aside from the really uncomfortable buckets, I really liked the car. I've had a small and growing appreciation for Studi Daytona's, and BOY does this one press all my buttons. Just gorgeous and, icing on the cake, a 4-speed too. I'd love to have this in my garage!!!....Bill S
