Vintage M/T Scavenger Headers Part# 76396
 

A few years ago we were talking here about the old M/T headers and a few people chimed in with info on old sets they had hanging on there garage walls. One set I recalled seeing were #76396 on the flange and they were for a BBC 55-57 Trifive Chevy.0

Any chance someone here still has a set of those hanging around?

I have these ones. They are at a friend’s house in Southern California and I will have them in my hands by mid March. I was told they are 65-up Impala but they may be the same as tri-five Chevy.

Hi there Jason,

Perhaps your friend can check the 5 digit number on the flange between the 2/4 tubes. If they are for BBC Trifives the number should be 76396. If you can get a number from the flange, I can look it up in the M/T catalog.

I considered that. He already did me a huge favor by picking this stuff up. There was way more than just these headers and I really don’t want to make him go though everything. Knowing him, everything is probably packed up just right waiting for the trip up here. I will ask the guy I got them from. He may remember.

Here this set. Tri 5. But there are no part numbers on th flanges. I was going to cut them up to make a set for chevelle or camaro, but a member here had a set of each that I purchased. If you need more pics, let me know.
