Vendor - Dead Nuts On
 

Any Ford and/or Shelby owners have current knowledge of the status of Dead Nuts On parts company? I ordered some parts & getting the run around.

I Just recently Ordered something on the Internet and Called to ask WHY they had not Shipped as I had proof of the order via Confirmation and PayPal payment. So I called & they reconciled the order and explained they are having IT & personnel problems.
End result I had IRON clad evidence and the promptly wen t to the Pick and Pull bin and found my Item and shipped it.

This was about a month ago

Similar to my experience - they said they would ship the day after I called. It’s been 10 days since that conversation & I haven’t received my parts. They never answer emails & only answer the phone about 10% of the time.

IMO all on line ordering n shipping can turn into an ugly ordeal. I seldom buy car parts these days and mostly nice items i see here on the site. Camaro Central is only 40 miles from me so i drive over n buy from Sean n Mike.
