What is oem size make and version of tire for 69 SS 396 Elco with SS wheels.

Pretty sure it would be G70X14
Firestone wide oval
Goodyear wide tread
Uniroyal tiger paw
All could be small white letter, thin white stripe or thin red stripe.
Pic is factory spare from a hardtop 69 SS.

F70x14 for non-El Camino SS
