That's a rare one for sure. How many GTO's have you ever seen in Champagne, much less a vert IV with a 4 speed!

Is the fact that it's NOM a big deal given the PHS documentation?

Easy to tell a dealer has it. That long sales pitch about the brand of car but not much specific information about the car itself.
