Beautiful car - would be really cool with some careful underhood and underbody detailing.

I'm assuming the '1 owner' claim is actually '2 owners' including the seller.

I would look at the birdcage close on that one based on the pot metal corrosion. Not to mention the frame.

That in addition to the speedometer does not belong to that car
