'71 Trans Am, 455/4-sp, Very Clean

Current seller has owned this car since '73, and evidently that's when the replacement 455 block was installed. Nevertheless, this one appears very clean and has CA plates that probably date from the mid 1970s (and the PHS proves it was sold new in Covina, CA).

The 2nd gen TAs are one of the better driving Pony cars...I'd love to own this one.

"Restored" without its original wheels, rear speaker or rear console. Unfortunate that these items were lost to time.

The incorrect shift knob is easy to replace, but that all-white undercarriage would be a bear to make correct appearing red oxide primer again.

Probably a very fun driver nonetheless.

Van Nuys build on this? L code in the VIN. If so, don't think the underside would be red. Most likely black like the Camaros? It looks to be a bit up in the air to me.

Yes, i just assumed it was a Norwood car. Correct, Van Nuys did not have the ELPO dip tank and thus undersides painted black.
