'70 Road Runner Project, 440+6, 4-sp, Dana
Ouch...must have been a gorgeous car when new (B7 Blue on black) but time has not been kind to this one.
Seems like there have been quite a few 440+6 Mopar projects coming out of the woodwork lately. But seriously, as equipt, this car is a Mopar version of a RARE Chev product and we all know how many of those have been brought back from this deplorable condition. As one of less than a thousand produced, it is a highly desirable car in the Mopar family and will, most likely, be re-bodied by replacement parts, or a donor. Nothing different than a Chevelle or Camaro "restoration". This is another example of what comes out of the weeds with the current crazy prices...:rolleyes2: And at nearly 8k, someone wants this bad. May have a donor body and/or drivetrain sitting around for 30+ years just waiting for a new home. Heck, I have a '70 Chevelle sitting here that needs almost the same level of work. |
