Hello everyone, I found this in a pile of first generation Camaro parts at a swap meet. I'm going to sell this but I don't know the original factory application or how to decode these. Does anyone have a speedometer gear reducer cheat sheet?

U8 Is the date and is august of 1975 Maybe out of a pickup truck?
