'70 Special Paint Chevelle
The seller is claiming this is/was an original LS5 car due to the CRV rear, but who knows without docs. Interesting to see an Arlington built '70 with no paint code (rather than the dash-dash)...I know that was relatively common in Baltimore in 1969, but haven't seen it on other model years or assembly plants.
Cool/nice car regardless.... Link to 1970 Chevelle auction https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjgyWDEwM...7.JPG?set_id=2 https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjgyWDEwM...7.JPG?set_id=2 https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjgyWDEwM...7.JPG?set_id=2 https://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjgyWDEwM...7.JPG?set_id=2 136370R246753 |
$58,900 on their website.

----With a dash-dash tag I'm not sure I understand why the owner would paint the car a color which would have a code on the tag. Maybe just me but (depending on the original dash-dash color) I would have researched the original color and restored it that color. At the very least I would have painted the car any GM color that looked cool. JMHO!......Bill S
